2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are provided in writing via quotation and are valid for a limited time as stated in the quote.

  • The cost may vary based on distance, volume, type of goods, and additional services requested.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule — in advance, upon delivery, or in installments, depending on the service agreement.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information regarding the pickup and drop locations, goods details, and special requirements.

  • Ensure that all goods are ready for packing and transport at the agreed time.

  • Arrange any necessary permissions (such as building entry passes or parking permits) before the scheduled move.

4. Goods Restrictions

We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal items, perishable food, or any item prohibited under law. Customers must declare high-value items in advance for appropriate handling and insurance coverage.

5. Insurance & Liability

  • We take utmost care in handling goods; however, WP Packers and Movers is not liable for damage or loss due to factors beyond our control, such as accidents, natural disasters, theft, or poor packaging by the customer.

  • Insurance coverage is available upon request at an additional cost.

6. Delays & Cancellations

  • We strive to adhere to agreed timelines; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or service failure due to events beyond our control, including strikes, road closures, political unrest, or natural disasters.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
